Unlock User ID

Note:

Locked User ID – If your Mobile No. is updated in Agent Master

Your User ID will be locked if you key in the password wrongly for more than 5 times.

Please follow the steps below to unlock your User ID:

1. Enter your User ID (Agent Code) and your Mobile No.
2. Click the Submit button.
3. A temporary password will be sent to your Mobile No.

Locked User ID – If your Mobile No. is not updated in Agent Master
