I’m a first time user. How do I login?
You’ll need to register first.
- Visit the registration page
- Key in your User ID and handphone number.
- A temporary password will be sent to you via SMS.
- Proceed to login with your User ID and password.
- To change password, key in your new password.
- Create your security questions
- Agree to the confidentiality agreement.
- You are now a registered user on iCMS.
Why can’t I login?
It may be due to one of these reasons:
- Invalid username or password. Click “Forgot password” to reset your password.
- Locked account or password. You will need to unlock an account.
I tried to login, but my account has expired. What do I do?
Simply change your password when logging in.
